• Trial lesson request: name, email, phone (optional), student age group, instrument, preferred times, postcode/town, street (optional) and notes – to organise your trial lesson.
• Package booking: name, email, phone (optional), invoice address, package choice and any discount code – for invoicing, payment and scheduling.
• Gift voucher order: buyer name and email, recipient name, billing address and payment status – to create, deliver and redeem the voucher.
• Website visits: technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access – to run and secure the website.

We only share your data with service providers we need for our offer. Some of them process data outside Switzerland, e.g. in the EU or the USA. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Formspree – delivers the forms (trial lesson, package booking) to our inbox.
• Stripe – online payment for gift vouchers (card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see your full card details.
• Lovable / Lovable Cloud – website hosting, database for gift vouchers and automatic emails sent via notify.baselmusiccollective.ch.
• Google Ads – conversion tracking (gtag), see below.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) – anonymous usage analysis (heatmaps, scrolling and click behaviour, and session recordings with masked form inputs) to improve the website. Data may be processed in the USA or the EU. Further information: Microsoft’s privacy statement.
• Google Fonts – the website's fonts are loaded from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.
• Google Workspace – our email inbox.
• Google Maps – only if you click the link to our Google reviews, Google opens in a new window.

Our website uses Google Ads conversion tracking. It tells us whether someone requests a trial lesson after clicking our ad. Google may set cookies and process data such as IP address and device information for this. You can prevent this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using a tracking blocker, or turning off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

We keep your data as long as needed for the respective purpose. Accounting records (e.g. invoices, payments, vouchers) are kept for 10 years as required by law.

Without consent, Microsoft Clarity works without cookies for visitors from Switzerland and the EU. We explicitly signal that consent for analytics and advertising cookies has not been given. Personal form inputs and package booking payment details are masked. You can block Clarity using your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker.

You can ask at any time for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing, unless a legal obligation prevents this. Just email us at hello@baselmusiccollective.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch).
