Terms & voucher conditions

Basel Music Collective arranges in-home music lessons given by freelance musicians. Service area: Basel-Stadt, Riehen, Binningen, Bottmingen, Therwil, Allschwil, Birsfelden, Muttenz, Reinach & Münchenstein.

The trial lesson lasts 30 minutes and costs CHF 60.–. If you then book a 10, 20 or 30-lesson package, the CHF 60.– is fully credited. The credit cannot be combined with discount codes: with a valid code you get 10% off the full package price instead.

• 60 minutes: 10 lessons CHF 1'500.–, 20 lessons CHF 2'900.–, 30 lessons CHF 4'200.–
• 45 minutes: 10 lessons CHF 1'200.–, 20 lessons CHF 2'300.–, 30 lessons CHF 3'360.–

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer (Swiss QR bill). Validity from the purchase date: 10 lessons 4 months, 20 lessons 7 months, 30 lessons 10 months. Unused lessons expire afterwards.

If you cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance, we reschedule it free of charge. Later cancellations count as taken. During school holidays (Basel-Stadt calendar) regular lessons pause; extra holiday lessons are possible by arrangement.

If you are not enthusiastic after the first 3 lessons of a package, we refund the unused lessons.

• Delivered as a PDF by email.
• Payment by bank transfer or online via Stripe (card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Valid for 2 years from the purchase date.
• Redeemable as credit for trial lessons, packages and single lessons; not paid out in cash.
• Any remaining balance stays valid until expiry.
• For package and Trio vouchers, the first lesson is the getting-to-know lesson; lessons should take place within 2 months of the first lesson.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
